UltraExplorer is a free and powerful file manager for Windows.

It has a completely customizable user interface with tool bar and dockable windows. You can show, hide, dock the windows or let the windows float free.

You can build a favorite folders tree in UltraExplorer. You can drag and drop shell objects such as files and folders into the tree and then use those objects as a normal treeview objects.
